The following letter has been addressed to Dean Amaranthaea Crowelley, with identical copies having been sent to members of the Administrative Council and various other official posts within the University for the purposes of notification, all in observance of proper chain of command and due diligence.
The University's Humanoid Resources department had been instructed by the Dean herself to post a photostatic copy of the letter in the common area of the Faculty Lounge within the SWU Main Office. The letter, affixed securely to the community corkboard, is on display for all faculty and staff to see and read for their own edification.

Dean Amaranthaea Crowelley,
It certainly has been quite a long time since our last communique, hasn't it? Both professionally and personally! Too long, in fact, and such is one of the primary components of the twofold purpose of this letter. But we'll get to the other one in just a few moments...
First, I'd like to both commend and congratulate you on your recently submitted petition to add elementary and secondary level educational components to your esteemed institution!
Moreover, that you'd managed to garner such overwhelming support from the Association's Review Board; enough so, that you've been subsequently granted permission to submit an application on Stormwind University's behalf to proceed with this plan. Which you have of course already done, like the diligent Dean that you are! Well done, I mean that truly and sincerely.
Ahhh, but alas, therein lies the rub I'm afraid...
Secondly, and equally important if not possibly more so, when I'd first learned of the existence of your petition at our offices, I immediately set about pulling Stormwind University's file and discovered something quite extraordinary. It appears that Stormwind University is presently long overdue for an official Evaluation for Re-Accreditation!
Now, take heart, Dean Crowelley. It's hardly your fault. There's been a great deal going on in the world within the last few years now, hasn't there? Around the time your institution was last due for Re-Accreditation, the Legion's third invasion had begun shortly before proper notification could even be sent. (And notwithstanding, our entire office may have also been partly obliterated at one point by the errant flaming debris that remained of a vaniquished Infernal. But I digress.)
And then, there was the "Fourth War" - as we seem to be calling it now - during which you and your faculty and staff saw fit to lead the charge for Alliance-based institutions of all kinds to freely merge interests with those of the Horde. Bold move, Dean Crowelley. And dangerously opportunistic, in my view. While the cooperation and "freedom of informational exchange" (as you've coined it) across factional bounds is not expressly prohibited by the Eastern Kingdoms Association of Colleges and Schools, it remains within our purview and thereby requires our examination and approval.
Bearing this in mind, in the spirit of full disclosure, I will soon be investigating your claim of being personally granted permission by King Anduin Wrynn for Stormwind University to operate across acknowledged factional boundaries. With all due respect, you'd managed to somehow convince his father, the late King Varian Wrynn, to allow the establishment of a Fel Arts Department at your institution, yet, I feel that this may be too grand of a bluff for even you, Dean Crowelley. We shall see. All in due course.
As a final note, once again in the spirit of full disclosure, you will find that this letter has also been addressed to your contracted overseer of the University Bursar, Miss Asteria Hallwell. The purpose of this is to notify you that I will be including a thorough audit of the many elements of Stormwind University's finances; the comings and goings of said funds, quarterly and annually, everything.
As you may recall, Dean Crowelley, this is generally not a typical part of the Re-Accreditation protocol. As such, I will be required by law to petition both the EKACS Board of Administrators and the Kingdom of Stormwind's Ministry of Taxation for the necessary permissions first. But rest assured, I will receive both in due course! In the meantime, as a precaution, would you be so kind as to advise Miss Hallewell to prepare all of the necessary financial records and documentation due for an audit? She ought to know what that means and what that is comprised of.
I look forward to seeing you again, Dean Crowelley, and to once again familiarizing myself with the way things run there under your administrative purview! In the meantime, I'm certain that you'll be shoring up the loose ends and smoothing out the rough edges before my inevitable visit for Re-Accrediting your institution? Expect further correspondence as events warrant.
